Our forthcoming guidelines (anticipated release date of March 2024) will include up-to-date information on this topic.

This guideline aims to highlight best practices, resources, and initiatives in antipsychotic reduction for care partners. It draws from lived experiences of people living with dementia and care partners to help inform and adjust practices for safely reducing the use of antipsychotic medications.
